What is Rapid Eye Technology?

Rapid Eye Technology is a tool used to simulate REM sleep (your bodies own natural release system) while you are in the awake state, facilitating the clearing and releasing of stress stored in the mind and body that keeps you blocked from your true essence.

Rapid Eye Technology utilizes blinking, eye movements, breathing, imagery, and stress reduction energy work to facilitate safe and quick release of stressful emotional, mental and physical patterns.

Rapid Eye Technology physiologically as well as psychologically opens up the neuropathways where memories of our personal (as well as the DNA we inherited) traumatic experiences are trapped. For instance being trapped in the birth canal, trapped in a car accident, or trapped in a relationship are all on the same neuropathway.

Rapid Eye Technology assists in releasing trapped trauma, stress, negative patterns and limiting beliefs on all levels; the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person. This allows you to make new choices about your life.

REM sleep is when we are in the dream state. Dreaming is the natural discharge mechanism installed in our bodies. Rapid Eye Technology releases negative belief systems and trapped messages, by simulating REM sleep. An eye-directing device moves rapidly in a neuro-linguistic pattern in front of the client's eyes; the peripheral vision picks this up and the brain thinks it is in REM sleep. This fast movement supports the mind and body in accessing memory. (i.e. when we look down we are accessing feelings, when we look straight up we are accessing visual, etc.) The technician quickly moves the wand in various patterns to find sources of stress. As the client blinks and breathes deeply, trapped messages and trapped life force energy in the mind and body are accessed and released.

Art is used in various ways during individual sessions with Valerieann to attune you to your original creational blueprint, to your divine self and to your life purpose. For example, as part of the ARTunment Sessions, an oil painting is created for you while you watch, representing the unique energy of your intention, soul and purpose (yours to take home).
