Part of the secret to raising your vibration is to take small actions consistently.
Read through this list and begin with the one that feels easiest to do right now, so you can begin raising your frequency immediately.
As you take the action, notice how you feel.
- Is there a shift in your energy?
- Do you feel a little lighter or a bit more relaxed?
Acknowledge the shift. The slightest change is an up-leveling of your frequency.
- Accept the “isness” of your current situation. Drop any resistance to the proverbial wall. Give it an energetic hug. Truth is, it’s like an old friend who's been hanging out with you for a while. Surrender to its presence.You will feel lighter.
- Express gratitude. All forms of gratitude will immediately raise your frequency. Express gratitude for your life, the people in it, nature . . . everything surrounding you at this moment.
- Meditate. Any length of time spent sitting with your eyes closed, focused inward will assist you in letting go of the things that keep your energy low.
- Journal. Write about something that's weighing on you. Expressing it on paper will transform your emotional response to it. You can also write about happy events to amplify their good vibes.
- Breathe consciously. Take a few slow deep breaths. With each out breath, release any tension you may be holding in your body. This method of raising your vibration is always available and extremely effective. Practice catching yourself feeling tension and as soon as you notice it, b r e a t h e . . . d e e p l y and s l o w l y !
- Sit in nature. All of nature exists in balance and harmony. By spending time observing birds, animals, plants, rocks . . . whatever is surrounding you outside, you will naturally come into alignment with a higher frequency.
- Drink more water. Water will help cleanse your body of lower vibrations and infuse your cells with more vibrance. Drinking it consciously will amplify its effects. Taste it, feel the sensation of it in your mouth and follow it as it flows into your body. Express gratitude for it.
- Play. Do something fun! It can even be something simple like swinging in a swing or throwing rocks in water. What would the kid inside you like to do . . . just for fun? Do it!
- Move your body. Walk, run, dance, swim, skip, stretch, cycle . . . or just shake your body from head to toe for a few minutes. Notice how you feel before you begin and then again when you’re finished.
- Be creative. Draw, color with crayons, paint, decorate, bake, garden.
- Give. Do something for someone without expecting anything in return. Express appreciation to yourself or others. Donate your time or your money.
- Laugh. Add more humor and laughter to your life. Even if you do not have a reason to laugh right now, make yourself laugh out loud for a minute. You will be amazed at how much it will raise your frequency. :)
NOTE: There are hundreds of ways to raise your frequency, but the best methods are the ones you actually implement. 😉
How do you "know" the frequency of your dreams so you can "match" their vibration?
Imagine yourself living one of your dreams. Imagine it with all your senses. Immerse yourself in the experience. Make it as real as possible in your imagination.
- What does it feel like?
- What do you smell?
- What things do you taste?
- What colors do you see?
- What do you hear?
- What textures do you experience?
While you are deep in this experience, you are simultaneously matching the frequency of the dream you are imagining.
The more you do this, the quicker your dreams come into reality.
Another powerful way to tap into the sensations of living a dream is to acknowledge a dream you have already lived or are living right now. Take some time to revel in the feelings of your accomplishment and the subsequent sensations.
Bonus Idea: Think back to when your were a teenager. Can you remember some of the things you wished you could do when you got older?
Have any of your teenage desires been fulfilled? What did it feel like when you first achieved one of those dreams?
Close your eyes and notice what it felt like, smelled like, tasted like, sounded like . . . also become aware of any colors or textures associated with it.
Doing this will also raise your frequency to match dreams yet un-lived.
Set aside a few minutes each day to live your dreams in your imagination. Your body doesn't know the difference between an imagined experience and reality. This is how you collapse the time and space in between you and your dreams. This is how you manifest what you want.
