4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
For multi-session packages:

  • No refunds will be issued once the first session has been delivered.

  • Sessions must be used within the stated timeframe to maintain energetic continuity.

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

ARTunment™ Paintings and custom products are non-refundable due to the personalized and channeled nature of the work.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giovanni Global, L.L.C. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or participation in services.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or engagement in our offerings.
